How will my plant arrive?

Each parcel contains packaging that has been designed and created to carefully post one of my pots and hand selected plants.

Your box contains:

• Your new pot (securely wrapped)
• Your plant in a plastic protective capsule. (if you ordered one) 
• A little repotting kit (soil & gravel) 
• Care card & simple repotting instructions

What if I want to return my plant?

Due to plants being perishable pots are refundable or exchangeable, but the plants are non-refundable. But if you have any issue we will do our best to resolve for you to ensure you leave a happy customer. 

How long does it take to arrive? 

Each pot is handmade and painted to order, so turn around for dispatch is roughly 3-5 business days, but if you need it by a certain date please let us know so we can make sure we reach your deadline.
